We ensure your precious gems are very securely wrapped delivered to you safely. Australia Post is our main Postage Service Provider. All parcels will have a tracking number, so you can track down to see your Opals whereabouts 24/7! To track your parcel go to www.australiapost.com.au/track and enter the tracking number. (We will send this Tracking Number to you in an email shortly after postage). If you prefer to use an alternative Postage Service, (eg: FedEx) please be aware that higher postage fees may occur. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase within 7 days of receiving your Opal, we will offer your Money Back. After 7 days we will offer an Exchange or Store Credit to the value of your purchase. (see below) If your Opal isn’t perfect for you, please contact immediately to make the necessary arrangements. Once these arrangements are in place, please send your purchase back in the Original Un-Altered Condition in which it was sent. (We will not offer returns on any altered Opals). These Return Options are for Cut & Polished Opals and Jewellery only. We do not offer returns on Rough Opal.
